About Us
Roots to Revival LLC is the partnership leading the 402 Main Street project, bringing together experienced real estate developers (Generator Development) and passionate Lyons community members (The Lorangs).
We're combining Generator Development's expertise in creating vibrant, community-centered spaces with the Lorang family's deep roots in Lyons and commitment to preserving what makes this town special.
This partnership ensures 402 Main will be both professionally developed and authentically Lyons—built to serve our community for generations.

Bart and Sarah Lorang
Bart and Sarah Lorang are Lyons locals helping to shape what comes next at 402 Main — investing personally to create a vibrant, multi-use space that supports daily life, small business, and local connection.
Bart is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with more than 30 years of experience founding, scaling, and funding companies. He’s led over 20 M&A transactions, co-founded the Denver-based venture platform Meritage, and was named Colorado Technology Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012. He holds an MBA from the University of Denver.
Sarah brings 15+ years of luxury hospitality experience with Four Seasons and Exclusive Resorts, and now works as a client experience strategist and Certified Kolbe Consultant. She also holds an MBA from the University of Denver. In Lyons, she volunteers regularly at the elementary school and serves as Chair of the Town’s Historic Preservation Commission.
